Role: New Relic APM
Location: Fully Remote, USA. (Must be fully authorized to work in the US)
Rate: up to $160,000 depending on experience.

As our APM maestro, you'll be the go-to person for intelligent, proactive monitoring. You'll dive deep into our client's core services, providing end-to-end insight and leveraging the power of New Relic to keep things running smoothly.
Your mission? Enhance observability, uncover hidden gaps, and introduce best practices in root cause analysis. We need your expertise to prioritize actions that bring value to our business and, ultimately, our customers.
Now, let's talk requirements. We're looking for a rockstar who can:
? Lead customer delivery engagements and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
? Get hands-on with client projects, providing subject matter expertise and engineering know-how.
? Collaborate with business stakeholders, aligning our tech solutions with their challenges.
? Show off your expertise during pre-sales activities, winning hearts and contracts.
? Design and deliver customized workshops, training sessions, and webinars.
? Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on development assistance to our awesome customers.
? Showcase your experience in Observability and Site Reliability, especially at scale.
? Be a wizard with monitoring tools like New Relic (or similar ones).
? Have a knack for automation and orchestration tools, basic scripting, and 24/7 enterprise environments.
? Stay ahead of the curve with DevOps and DevSecOps trends.
Qualifications-wise, here's what we're looking for:
? 3-5 years of Observability and Site Reliability experience.
? 2+ years of hands-on experience with Application Performance Monitoring Tools (specifically New Relic).
? Familiarity with NRQL and Python, as well as databases (SQL/NoSQL).
? Expertise in enterprise monitoring, including APM, synthetic monitoring, browser monitoring, and log monitoring.
? Strong knowledge of requirement gathering and rolling out monitoring solutions.
? Integration experience with New Relic and other tools like Service-Cafe, PagerDuty, Slack, webhook, and JIRA.
? Experience in creating custom dashboards and reports for health and performance tracking.
? Bonus points for IT certifications like ITIL and a knack for adapting to new monitoring tools.
