12 Month Contract - Renewals Likely
100% Remote within US or CA
100+ per hour for experienced candidates
Must be eligible to work within the US OR CA without Sponsorship
Functional Programming
Signify have been asked by a client to assist with 6x critical and urgent long term roles for Senior, Lead and Principal Functional Developers for a 12+ month 100% Remote Role.
This is a unique opportunity to not only join a long term project working on cutting edge technology projects but you will have access to development opportunities, including Functional IT conferences, internal training, and lunch and learn sessions which we will also be helping to organize and support. (Yes - really, although a contract role, our client is serious about the long term opportunity so invests in contractors the same way they do the permanent employees)

Competitive hourly rate - $100+ for experienced Functional Scala Developers
Headlines:
- Building out User Account Management and Profile advanced features for Global gaming applications
- High transaction (Amazon level number of Users), low latency systems
- Expert in Scala
- Functional preferred (Cats, Zio etc)
- If more Akka, Play etc Scala background must have keen desire and willingness to learn and work on more functional aspects
