Pacha Kitata

​I come from a sales background working within telecommunications but gradually over time transitioned into recruitment. My big passion is building relationships  within a team but also with clients. Initially I started working in Social Care recruitment, eventually developing a keen interest in technology recruitment because of the growth opportunities and my fascination with the industry.

Outside of work I enjoy staying active through; Gym, Hiking, and engaging in leisure activities. I am a very open, social person and easily approachable. I am also bilingual speaking a total of 4 different languages. I am delighted to have joined signify. I am very excited for what lies ahead and the opportunity to work with a fantastic organisation.
