Following my experience in technological recruitment and heavy exposure to functional programming, I am excited to have now joined Signify Technology who specialise all things Scala! I’m working within the European permanent market and will be connecting exceptional talent to the best Scala companies across the globe.

I personally prioritise important factors to engineers and managers when exploring a new challenge. I pride myself in presenting relevant roles that are inline with these factors, providing an opportunity that will be everything they’re looking for.

I believe taking time to establish a firm understanding of specific wants and needs from both parties, positively increases the chance of being a successful addition. It’s not just about meeting the criteria - it’s about what’s right for both engineer and company.
