​Hi y’all, I’m Gracie!

I could not be more excited to be joining the Signify team here in Austin! Prior to joining Signify, I specialised in software development (specifically in the Java and JavaScript market), where I sourced a variety of roles, including Mid-Lead level Back-end Developers, Junior-Senior level Front-end focused roles, Senior level Fullstack Engineers, and many more.

I consider myself to be the perfect blend of Southern charm (mom is from Texas), and North-Eastern grit (dad and stepmom from New York). I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University (Whoop!), so people are my passion. I got into recruiting because I wanted to feel as though I was making a difference in someone’s life and
helping them get to a better place than they were when I first met them. I use this passion to develop long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates from all walks of life. I truly make it my mission to treat everyone I work alongside with compassion, honesty, and understanding.

In my freetime, I love to spend time with my boyfriend and our French Bulldog, Rocky Balboa. I’m a big coffeehouse fanatic and will always be down to try an iced latte at a cute, little shop! I also love retail therapy. You will see me either dressing like Elle Woods or Adam Sandler, there really is not a whole lot of in between:)
