​Hey I’m Ella.

I come from a background that has typically always been focussed on sales - from retail to real estate and then made the jump into recruitment. Previously, I have specialised within part qualified and fully qualified finance roles and have always wanted to make the move into the Tech market. I am now looking forward to helping great clients and the best candidates find their dream roles.

Outside of work I enjoy all things travel, food and enjoying quality time with my friends and family. I spent two years travelling and working in Australia and haven’t lost the travel bug since, I am keen to keep visiting new places and experiencing different cultures. I enjoy socialising and spending my weekends ideally outside.

Always keen to discuss candidates motivations and what their ideal roles would be, with the view to create a long term partnership and be their recruiter of choice moving forward.
