Adam Jones

​Hey, I’m Adam.

I have been working in tech recruitment for 9 years now. Over that time, I have performed at a high level and have managed high performing teams. I like to solve complex problems with clients and candidates thinking bigger picture and how we can implement long lasting strategies. I am very passionate about D&I and how we can put the right things in place to get our teams and culture to represent the society that will live in.

I joined Signify to develop and support the growth of the European business. In this role I am very excited to support our customers on their journeys of building world class teams, scaling their business’ and finding our candidates the best jobs for them.

Outside of work you can find me in new bars or restaurants with friends. I love finding amazing new places. I also love to travel, recently visiting Borneo where I spent time with Orangutans in the wild. My main hobbies (maybe obsessions) are football and golf. I still
love playing football and I am currently a member at Royal Blackheath Golf Club.
