We whole heartedly believe in a diverse workforce... and it shows!

Did you know Black people comprise only 3% of employees in the top 75 Silicon Valley tech companies.
Around 8% of people working in tech in the UK are of Indian ethnicity, only 2% are Black and only 2% from Pakistani or Bangladeshi backgrounds. Only 17% of all people working in tech in the UK are women and that hasn’t changed in five years.
​Did you know the average percentage of Senior positions in a company held by those who identify as women, in the UK, is only 29%.
Also in the UK just 1.5% of Senior roles are held by Black people. Just 3.3% of the Executive and above positions in the US are held by Black people.
At Signify Technology the percentage of Women in Senior positions is 10% above the national average.
Our company is almost equally comprised of those who identify as men and those who identify as women - the latter making up 44%!
50% of our Leadership team are racially diverse.
29% of our whole company is racially diverse.
Signify is made up of 48% of people from a lower socio-economic background.
