Hello. I’m Chloe,
I am the Global Learning & Development Manager at Signify.
I have two passions, people, and problems. I love to support people to grow and develop. I also love finding solutions, in particular learning solutions that meet the growing demands of business.
My experience ranges from designing and delivering Early Careers, People Management, and Mentoring Programmes.
Outside of work I am learning to skateboard (which is terrifying as an adult) but pushes me outside of my comfort zone. Socialising with friends and family keeps me busy too. I’m also not shy about saying Netflix and Heyu take up a lot of my time.
