You'd be joining a high-calibre team who make it their mission to be the best. Whether you're showcasing your expertise, demonstrating commercial savvy, or simply excelling as a recruiter, we want to work with you.   Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, culture, and hiring requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, market intelligence, and recommendations on recruitment best practices. Share industry knowledge, best practices, and recruitment techniques to enhance team performance. Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies to optimise recruitment outcomes. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development. Maintain a high level of individual work effort and billing.   Requirements: Proven experience and solid track record as a senior-level recruitment consultant, preferably in a specialised industry or sector. In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems CRM, and other relevant tools.
